About us

Nobody should feel stranded on the road

Bas Recovery started in 2024 with one observation: in the UAE, getting help after a breakdown was slower and less predictable than it needed to be. Not because there were too few trucks — because nobody was connecting them properly.

What we actually do

We are not a tow company with a fleet. We are the layer between a driver who needs help and the nearest verified truck that can provide it.

That distinction matters. It means when you call us at 2am on Sheikh Zayed Road, we are not dispatching from a depot across town — we are finding the closest partner already on the road near you, and telling you honestly how long they will take.

Every partner is verified — trade licence, Emirates ID, driving licence and vehicle registration, each checked by a person before their first job.
Every job is tracked from acceptance to completion, so we know our real response times rather than guessing.
Every price is fixed before dispatch, because negotiating at the roadside when you have no options is not a fair deal.

What we hold ourselves to

Tell the truth about time

If it will be 45 minutes we say 45 minutes. An optimistic estimate buys nothing and costs trust.

Never change the price on arrival

The quote is fixed when we dispatch. If the job is genuinely different, the driver asks you before doing anything.

No commission on repairs

You pick the garage. We take nothing from the workshop, so we have no reason to steer you anywhere.

Answer in Arabic or English

Whichever you are more comfortable in, at any hour.

Pay partners fairly and on time

Weekly, itemised, 18% and nothing hidden. Underpaid drivers give worse service.

Escalate safety first

If anyone is hurt or blocking traffic, we tell you to call 999 before us. Every time.

Questions, feedback or a complaint?

We answer every complaint within 24 hours, and we would genuinely rather hear it than not.
