You acknowledge that:

• Bas Recovery is a technology platform only and does not directly provide road assistance services.
• The service providers are independent contractors, not employees or affiliates of Al Najm Al Shamali Portal.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Location Access

To function correctly, the app requires access to your device's location services. Location data is used to:

• Match users with nearby service providers
• Track service status in real time

You agree to allow the app to collect and use location data for these purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Use the app only for legitimate service requests
• Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct

5. Service Provider Responsibility

Bas Recovery does not guarantee the quality, timing, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties. Any issues with services must be resolved directly between the user and the provider.

6. Payment

Some services may require payment, either through the app or directly to the provider. You agree to pay all applicable charges as agreed upon before the service is rendered.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
